Citizen-Led Disclosure
Join the First Real-Time Network to Catch UFOs in Real Time!
For decades, we have been stuck in a cycle of retrospective UFO investigation and reporting. A strange event happens, and we hear about it days, weeks, or even years after-the-fact.
That delay is the enemy of science. By the time a report is filed, human memory has degraded, the object is long gone, and nobody else got a chance to witness the UFO.
We decided to change that.
We built the UFO-Track network to meet these challenges. We wanted to move away from just archiving history, to start capturing data while it is happening. How UFO-Track uniquely accomplishes this goal using a citizen's network plus consumer electronics devices is getting a lot of attention. Here's how it all works:
The Power of the Instant Report
There are two critical reasons why we focused on speed:
- Memory Integrity: Our brains begin shedding details the moment an event ends. The sooner you record your observation, the less likely your memory is to be distorted or filled in by imagination.
- The Network Effect: A single witness often lacks scientific credibility. But if we can instantly alert a network, we can turn a single sighting into a multi-witness event. Credibility goes way up, and the possibility of multi-camera capture of that single event also increases dramatically.
To make this possible, we created a streamlined reporting tool available on your smartphone, and hardware that lives on a shelf in your home. Anybody can access the online report page right now:
Before you need this report, visit the page to enter your email and approximate location. After that, your browser remembers to pre-fill this data to make your report submission quicker. If you see something, you just select the characteristics and direction, and hit send. It takes seconds.
Seeing the Big Picture (Literally)
This isn't just about filing a report; it's about visualization. When you submit a sighting, it automatically populates on our worldwide map in real-time:

As reports come in, text alerts are automatically sent to all UFO-Track members within a 50-mile radius of the event. With enough members and sensors, we can predict the direction of motion of an anomalous object.
Imagine this: A sighting is reported in one town. Moments later, another report comes in ten miles east. Our system alerts members in the area of the event, helping them to get outside, with cameras in hand, before the object arrives. This allows for smart phone video capture, and that in turn allows advanced triangulation and other analysis by advanced UFO-Track analysis software - data that has been incredibly elusive in the past.
Note: Triangulation analysis can prove an object is in the "No Fly Zone", demanding an explanation! This article explains in more detail.
Automating the Watch: UFO-Sense
We know people can't watch the sky 24/7, so we developed a publicly available consumer electronics sensor device to do it for us.
UFO-Sense is a dedicated monitor that sits quietly on your shelf, connected to your WiFi. It scans continuously for electromagnetic and gravitic anomalies. If it detects a spike, it doesn't just beep - it sends an instant text alert to you (even if you're away from home) and notifies all network members within a 50-mile radius.
No other UFO/UAP sensing gadgets have been designed for this type of widespread rapid-response real-time alerting system.
Better Data - Better Analysis
While we focus on real-time alerts and data capture, we know that deep analysis takes time. That is why we strongly suggest significant events still be reported "after-the-fact" to MUFON for long-term scientific study. We view our role as complementary: we provide the instant alert network, and MUFON provides the forensic analysis. We want our networked witnesses to provide more and better data for investigators.
We founded UFO-Track because we were tired of waiting for the government and military/industrial complex authorities to come clean. Through the power of community networking and technology, we can strive towards citizen-led disclosure.
We don't have to wait anymore. We can do this ourselves!
Membership in UFO-Track is just $5 per month, and by using the latest in electronic sensor technology we've been able to keep the price of the optional UFO-Sense detector to $100. To learn more and become part of this critical experiment, visit the website at:
